In the late 1990’s, our company decided to diversify our portfolio from solely convenience stores to incorporate Fast Food locations. Our journey began in Fort Worth, Texas and we quickly developed a talent of identifying underperforming stores, prospective pad sites and developing them into successful businesses. On December 21, 2011 Al Dossani and his partner Troy Morrison founded North Texas Bells LLC., a company which now owns over 50 Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC and Long John Silver’s locations.
In October 2014, Al Dossani and his son Armaan Dossani formed their own separate entity together and acquired their very first Burger King unit in Nash, TX. From then on, the Dossani Paradise Management family had made a commitment to excellence within their operations and set the bar higher by envisioning a multi-unit development deal with Burger King. Dossani Paradise Management now currently owns and operates several Burger King units across East and West Texas and are expanding rapidly throughout the Lone Star State.
Our ventures began in the convenience store industry in the early 1990’s when the company’s first full scale convenience store was built in Arlington, Texas. Almost immediately, the growth of the company spiked and began to expand their horizons into the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex. Through both organic and acquisition growth strategies, we began planting seeds and developing successful business models for their future growth.
Utilizing a very experienced, quality-driven operations team, our organization began to build upscale truck stops and single/co-branded convenience store locations with Fast Food brands such as Sonic, Taco Bell and Burger King. Currently, we successfully own and operate over 16 units including the reputable brands of 7-11, Shell, and Exxon located across D/FW and Arkansas.
Our company has performed numerous real estate transactions across the nation throughout our career. These investments incorporate both commercial and residential sectors with numerous fee properties included in the company’s portfolio. Our primary investment strategy is to purchase fee simple properties to enhance our own operations, provide organic growth opportunities and includes leased spaces to our restaurant tenants.

Our regional car wash operations leverage cutting-edge wash technology and eco-friendly systems to deliver an efficient, world-class guest experience. We successfully own and operate modern units seamlessly integrated alongside our regional network, including Scarborough Car Wash in Waxahachie, Texas, and Paradise Car Wash in Quinlan, Texas. Every location is maintained to the same rigorous standards of operational excellence and high hospitality that define our entire brand portfolio.
Petro-Link Inc. was founded in the early 1980’s by a father and son, who’s desire was to deliver quality service to all of its retailers, while supplying them with fuel and providing freight services. They operated their business successfully and in February 2015 decided to allow another father-son team to carry on their legacy. Al and Armaan Dossani took up the torch and have successfully grown their business in a very short amount of time. In 2015, Petro-Link Inc. was awarded a high distinction from ExxonMobil for the company’s dedication to its customers, community and continued business relationship of over 40 years. This accomplishment has fueled the newest father and son team to continue operating and growing Petro-Link to its maximum potential.
